RETURNS POLICY

We want you to buy with confidence and offer a 14 day money back guarantee if you’re unhappy with your purchase from feevr.tech for any reason. Please note there is a $300 restocking fee.

  • Return Authorization required - email us at support@feevr.tech
  • Provide your organization details
  • Your item(s) must be returned within the first 14 days of your purchase
  • Your item(s) must be received in like new condition in the original, undamaged packaging
  • The shipping charges you paid to receive your order will not be refunded

WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO

  • The item(s) authorized for return must be in its original, undamaged packaging and received in like new condition
  • A Return Authorization is required and can be obtained by emailing us at support@feevr.tech
  • All documents and accessories shipped with the item(s) ordered must be included in the package
  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return back to us

 

WARRANTY POLICY

X.Labs offers a 12 month warranty on our products purchased from feevr.tech.

TERMS OF POLICY

This product is provided as is without any guarantees or warranty, except as provided herein. In association with the product, our company makes no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, of title, or of noninfringement of third party rights. Use of the product by a user is at the user’s risk.

What does this warranty cover?

  • it covers any defects in material within the first 12 months
  • it covers any defects in workmanship under normal use within the first 12 months
What will we do to correct problems?
  • Within the first 12 months, the Company will replace the product, at no cost, for the original purchaser at the discretion of the company

How long does coverage last?

  • 12 months warranty on the product

What does this warranty not cover?

  • Damage of product resulting from negligence
  • Damage of product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product
  • Damage caused by natural disaster
  • Theft or loss of the product
  • Damage of product resulting from misuse

RMA PROCEDURE

Advance Replacement
In the event of a hardware failure, please contact X.Labs. to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

All returned material must have a valid X.Labs RMA number. This number is necessary to ensure proper tracking and handling of returned material at the factory. Do not return any hardware until an RMA is issued. X.Labs reserves the right to refuse shipments that do not have an authorized RMA number. Refused shipments will be returned to the shipper via collect freight. The RMA Returns Policy requires customers to return the defective parts to X.Labs within 10 business days of receipt of the replacement unit, or be billed for the unit at full purchase price.

Return to Factory Repair
All claims filed for hardware units that fail (under warranty) will be repaired or replaced (with refurbished equipment) at the sole discretion of X.Labs.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)
For hardware that is considered Dead On Arrival (DOA) within the first 14 (14) days from the shipment date of product from X.Labs manufacturing facilities, X.Labs will provide an expedited replacement of the affected field replaceable unit (FRU). A new unit will be made available for shipment from a designated X.Labs manufacturing facility within two (2) business days of RMA issuance. The defective part must be shipped back to X.Labs within 10 days after the X.Labs replacement part is delivered, or customer will be invoiced the full purchase price of the replacement part. Customers should allow for additional transit and custom clearance time if international customs clearance is required. X.Labs can assist the customer in facilitating the return of a defective DOA unit. Please do not send a DOA unit back to below addresses unless instructed by a X.Labs authorized representative.

Please do not return any hardware back to X.Labs without a valid and authorized Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

When requesting an RMA, please provide the following information:

  • Description of failure and troubleshooting performed to isolate cause
  • Customer ship-to address
  • Contact name
  • Contact phone and e-mail

Return without Cause
We will allow a full return without cause within 14 days of delivery. Once inspected at our warehouse and all equipment is found to be present and in working order, a refund will be processed within 10 working days. Shipping cost for a no cause return will be for the client's account. Please return units in Original packaging with all components to:
